2023 opening date: May 5th

House Policies: 

• All rooms accommodate maximum 2 guests

• There is a 25 and over Age Policy

• Please contact us directly to accommodate children

• Due to the small size of our Inn Visitors are not allowed

• Property and Rooms are Non-Smoking and Pets are not allowed

• Check-In starts at 3 pm, Check-Out is at 11 am

• Please honor Quiet Time between 9:00 pm and 9:00 am

• Children's Pool Hours:  11:00 am - 1:00 pm, 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

• Pool is open Memorial Day Weekend through Columbus Day

Deposit: The total price of the Reservation will be charged on the day of booking. Note: Credit cards provided for Reservations cannot be changed after payment has been processed, upon Check-In or Check-Out. 

Cancellation: If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, a $50.00 USD will be charged. All Reservations within 30 days to arrival date cannot be modified, cancelled or refunded.
